SHIPPING
Saide Milano currently ships to all of Italy. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be processed from the next working day. By placing an order with the Saide Milano online store, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. Delivery times may vary as our items are handcrafted, but we do our best to ensure that everything arrives within the expected timeframe.
Shipping is free for orders over €60.
RETURNS
The refund can be requested by all customers who have made purchases on the Saide Milano website within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
To be accepted, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived. The products must be intact, clean and must not have been used or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. The shipping costs for returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will confirm whether or not the return has been accepted. If the return does not comply with our policy, the goods will not be refunded. If so, the full amount will be automatically credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or customised products.
